Ailyssa the Bard: This fetching lass
can usually be found roaming around the Two Palms Tavern near the dock.
She of course is very courteous about wishing us luck in the scavenger hunt
and may even write a ballard about it don't ya know. She will be able
to assist you in obtaining one of the rarer items for the scavenger hunt,
for a goodly price.

Mr. Malwick: A shady character
if I've ever seen one. All this talk about associates and insuring
the future of relations with Harmondale. And how the heck would he
know our values are the same as his?! We only just arrived. Of
course a fireball wand is pretty heavy duty equipment compared to what we
brought with us, but is it worth making a deal with the devil? (
future spoiler
)

Sally: This sort of reminds me of a
tongue twister I heard as a wee tot. She sold... ah what were they...
by the seashore. Sally can also help you acquire a scavenger hunt item
or if you prefer a souvenir for a meager sum. She generally strolls
along the seashore near the dragon's lair if you'd care to chat with her.

Brent: This fella may be a great guard
but he's none too bright in the Alchemy department. Of course he can
tell you in a second how to make a blue potion but doesn't have a clue how
to make a red one. Well, we're a generous sort and when he offered to
trade one of the other Scaveger hunt items for a spare red potion we had,
we took him up on it.

Sal Sharktooth: Talking with the guards
near the entrance to the Temple of the Moon we were told that some of the
tougher contestants (and what are we chopped liver?! humph) had taken up
residence inside the Temple. Well our dwarven companion got all huffy
and insulted Sal, it was a battle let me tell you, but he had a.... well
one of those scavenger hunt items.
