At the death of Judge Grey, the Arbiter in Harmondale, you will be called upon to replace him.  Returning to your Castle you find two new advisors in your throne room who will attempt to convince you each of their candidates are the best choice.

Light - Gavin Magnus

The Advisor from the Bracada Desert recommends Judge Fairweather, a man known for his charismatic involvement resulting in fair and just resolutions to any dispute he is called upon to arbitrate.

Dark - Archibald Ironfist

Archie
The other Advisor from Deyja, recommends Judge Sleen, notorious for standing back and not involving himself in the disputes he is called upon to arbitrate.
The choice is yours to make, you may find each candidate awaiting you in the Taverns of their respective districts, no doubt playing ArcoMage.
