Upon entering we found ourselves in a large antechamber.
The guards would not allow us to investigate the two side rooms and propelled
us forward to the Elevator platform.
On the lower level, here again we were herded down the left corridor to the throne room (1). King Eldrich met us there. His sense of humor is a bit dry and tends to ruffle a few feathers. Our dwarven companion took an immediate dislike to him. |
| After King Hothfarr's praise we think
he had a bit of a swelled head anyway. |

| Be that as it may, he has a
Quest
for you, should you choose to involve yourself in his little tiff
with Queen Catherine. |

| We were just a bit disappointed not
to be able to visit the Library, but
we caught a glimpse of a large red glowing section
of floor just across the hall from it. I suppose it was a
Secret panel that hid the stairway going into that infamous
Elven treasury at (2). Come to
think of it, we thought we heard it mentioned that some band of adventurers
had been sent here to rob the treasury by some chap called Frederick Org
in Erathia. Something to do with a
Promotion
to Black Knight. |
