Importing Items

The information on the Import pages was provided by Scary/Stegyre who compiled existing information (see credits on pages) and conducted experiments to confirm what was already know and add new information for what was not.

Import information is sorted into two categories, Character and Items. The Character pages provide information on how an Imported character's skills and attributes are calculated. The Chart includes each class' prime attributes and any starting spells.

The Item page describes Import Levels and how many of each level will import. To date all known importable items are listed on these pages sorted by Armor, Weapon, and everything else (Misc.).

I wish to extend a personal Thank You to Scary/Stegyre for this contribution. I've been noticing a few posts on various boards where folks are showing an interest in replaying the older Wizardry versions with the intent to import items to W8 and some questions have been raised. I believe this information will be quite helpful to them.
