Conditions: Tantris will only join the party if you are aligned with the T'Rang.

(Yes, I know he doesn't look like this but the game files contain this portrait for him. Its a mystery why he seems to be the spitting image of Drazic.)

Conditions: Drazic will join you but you must recruit the Umpani RPC Rodan Lewarx who is imprisoned with him. The pair are key figures in the T'Rang/Umpani Alliance Quest. Be sure when traveling with this pair that each is alive and conscious or the other will get upset and leave.
