Alchemist
|
Alchemists use their knowledge to bend matter to their own will. Alchemists
use their high intelligence to concentrate their studies of their art,
allowing them to learn Alchemist spells faster than any other profession
in Wizardry 8. Since Alchemists rely on powders, potions, and gestures
rather than magic words, they can still cast spells when silenced. When
the party makes camp, Alchemists often prepare potions while the rest of
the party rests itself for the battle ahead. |

Additional Info: Alchemists can also combine potions, powders, and
bombs to create more powerful items. With an Alchemist in tow, the party
should never lack for funds since their creations can generate a good cash
flow. See Alchemy Recipes for
information on combinations that work and skill level requirements. |
