Get the Mines Producing again
To handle the obstruction Ketil spoke to you about all you need to do is
go and shoot or hit the wall (1) to break it apart. The Demoness Ebora is
pretty happy to be out and about again and thanks you before taking off.
Her cats however tend to follow you every where you go. Once its broken you
can return to Ketil and tell him he is free to proceed. Now you are done
and can return to the Jarl.

If you go investigating the mine
watch out for the ambush (2). Troglodyte Gnolls come bursting from wall.
Also one little thing you can do to reduce the number of Troglodytes is to
shoot the stalactite down in the cavern where Ebora was. Apparently it clogs
the underground passageways the troggies use to traverse this section of
the mine.

Shoot the barrel by the mine cart, it explodes
sending the mine cart crashing into the wall at 3a, breaking it out of your
way

Turn on the spigot to send a high powered
burst of water into the wall and break it apart
|

Boarded up Wall, knock down a nearby beam
and walk over the wall

Jump up on the mine cart here

From the mine cart at 7b fire your bows at
the lamp on the wall here. It breaks, ignites the barrels in the room and
blows the wall at 7a apart.
