Traveling from one section to another is done via the tunnels running off each section. These tunnels basically teleport you from one point to the next in the folowing sequence:
A to B
B to C
C to D
D to A
For example if you are at point A and want to get to point C, walk down the tunnel until you teleport (you'll know because the game hesitates). Then turn around and head back the way you came, the next time you teleport you will be at C.
